Len Chapman - CEO

Len has been a Senior Executive with Fortune 500 companies in the agricultural business for over 35 years, including Monsanto (VP), Specialty Foods Corporation (VP), Safeway Inc. (VP, CIO) and Kraft Foods Inc. (Ops. Mgr.). His responsibilities included responsibility for the design and construction of sophisticated processing facilities around the globe for three Fortune 50 Consumer Goods Corporations. Len had responsibility for all aspects of business operations of a $400 million sports products company and led a $3 billion Food Manufacturing Division of a national food retail company. He has directed multiple site manufacturing facilities with up to 34 domestic and foreign locations. Notably, Len participated in and led the Global Sustainability strategy development effort for a Global Life Sciences Company. Len has demonstrated strengths in managing large, complex, business processes, having led a 5-year, $52 million business process and systems re-design project for a major corporation. He has successfully led multiple design and construction initiatives for complex technical food plants. Len is a truly visionary leader with proven skills in global business and strategies and relationships, organizational development and creative business problem resolution and performance enhancement, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has an outstanding reputation for effective group communications with specific abilities in team building and facilitation, strategic thinking, and organizational leadership and motivation.

Adam Ferrif, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Global Regenesis, Inx., Adam served Columbus Foods as Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President-Finance.  In addition, he was responsible for all IT functions as well as Customer Service and Logistics.  Adam has over twenty-five years’ experience in the food industry, including senior public sector responsibilities with Fleischmann's Yeast & Vinegar; Spice Islands; French’s spices; and Dromedary.  In the private sector, Adam has also worked with private equity groups for Nancy's and Empire Foods.  Adam was educated in New Zealand and is both a Chartered Accountant and CPA.

Michael McGolden,

Interim CTO

Mike is a mining management professional qualified by twenty-five years of experience in operations management, both in underground and surface operations.  He is skilled in providing leadership for operational turnarounds, achieving profitability in organizations previously scheduled for closure.  Mike’s management strengths include longwall operations, high and low coal underground mines, highwall mining, and both union and non-union operations.  He has adapted same skills and techniques to the development of gasification applications to various industries over the past 12 years. A graduate of the prestigious Colorado School of Mines, Mike has developed, refined, and patented the application of thermal gasification to animal wastes, and will lead all aspects of technology development and deployment.

Carlo-Alessandro Cavallo,
Managing Director of Business Development

Carlo Cavallo, a seasoned entrepreneur,  is known for his exceptional ability to leverage his extensive global network, connecting with influential figures in Big Agriculture, the Wine Industry, and politics.

In addition to his role at GRI, Carlo is recognized for his culinary expertise, which has been showcased on national and international television programs. His recipes and restaurants have been featured in renowned publications, establishing him as a prominent figure in the culinary world. He is also a founding partner in an eco-friendly sustainable land development company Perfecthome.build.  Before achieving success as an entrepreneur, Carlo got his degree in molecular biology and was a published research associate at UCLA Medical Center.

Dan Costa,
Vice President, Dairy Industry Relations

Dan is a founding member of GRI. He has been involved in various aspects of the company’s development for twenty years.
He was born a third-generation member of a farm/dairy family in Tulare, California. Dan was involved in many functions of the various operations.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Before returning to his roots in the California Central Valley, Dan served at a Land Grant College in American Samoa as a member of the Cooperative Extension System. His position was part of a project known as ADAP (Agricultural Development in American Pacific). ADAP was funded by a direct appropriation from Congress and administered by USDA. This marketing task force was charged with identifying agricultural opportunities in the American Pacific region, and ways to develop those opportunities sustainably!

Today, Dan still works toward advancing agricultural sustainability as a part of the GRI team.

Phil Nicholson,
Chief Administrative Officer

Phil has spent four decades in positions of responsibility in a number of industries, including food distribution, manufacturing, and finance.  He was part of the leadership team engaged by a major East Coast retail holding company to develop and implement a “Warehouse Club” retail concept for the East Coast, which became B.J.’s Wholesale Club, a multi-billion dollar player in the industry. He also joined a consumer products manufacturer as Senior VP of Sales and marketing and led a major restructuring of the business to protect continuing family ownership. Phil spent 12 years as a financial advisor to high net worth family offices and individuals and has served on several boards of directors.  He has consulted with many start-up and small companies, assisting them in business plan creation, capital planning, and management structures.
